Seeking a Business Analyst to design and implement quantitative and qualitative research projects, analyze data for recommendations, build reports or dashboards, communicate findings, and assist in corporate planning and strategy alignment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- To drive identification of market and industry research requirements across the business units.
- To conduct relevant research (primary/ secondary) to support innovation and strategic initiatives.
- To write reports and make presentations to communicate findings to the relevant stakeholders.
- To assist in corporate planning and strategy alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Economics, Policy or a related field.
- 1-2 years experience in the Market Research domain.
- MBA/PGDM (Finance & Marketing)is a plus.
Must Have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience using business tools like Microsoft Office,particularly Excel.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- A keen learner and ready to excel in ground-up execution.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Good to have:
- Previous internship or coursework in market research in the government sector, data analysis, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with survey design and implementation is a plus.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
