We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who thrives on execution and iteration. This role is ideal for someone who can move fast from discovery to delivery, work hands-on with data teams to validate hypotheses, and translate insights into working data products that deliver measurable business value.

About SatSure

SatSure is a Series A+ startup working at the intersection of space technology, remote sensing, and AI/Computer Vision.
We build data-driven products that solve critical problems in financial inclusion for smallholder farmers, climate sustainability, and infrastructure monitoring.
With a growing team of 150+ dreamers, our vision is to build a global satellite company that pushes the boundaries of what data from space can achieve for people and businesses on Earth.
There is no playbook yet for scaling a company like ours from 50 to 500 enterprise customers—but we are writing it, and you could be part of it.

Role:
You will take ownership of early-stage product execution, driving structured validation cycles with customers and data scientists to bring data-driven solutions from prototype to scale.
Your focus will be on translating ideas into working, testable solutions, shortening feedback loops, and enabling scalable product delivery.

Responsibilities:
Driving Product-Market Fit Execution
  • Lead 0-to-1 product discovery and execution cycles to validate customer problem statements.
  • Translate identified problems into clear hypotheses and measurable validation plans.
  • Engage with clients to co-develop prototypes, gather feedback, and refine use cases.
  • Convert validated prototypes into product backlogs and scalable roadmaps.
  • Ensure fast decision-making and execution velocity throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaboration with Data Science
  • Work hand-in-hand with DSMs during model experiments and feature evaluations.
  • Define and monitor success criteria for data and model experiments.
  • Translate insights from experiments into actionable product directions.
  • Track product and model performance post-deployment to ensure business alignment.
Product Development & Delivery
  • Create detailed PRDs and sprint plans to translate prototypes into incremental releases.
  • Manage execution timelines across Data Science, Engineering, and Business teams.
  • Balance trade-offs between speed, quality, and scalability in every release cycle.
  • Drive continuous client feedback integration to align MVPs with evolving needs.
Driving Market & Business Success
  • Collaborate with business teams to deploy and scale products across customer segments.
  • Partner with GTM and Sales teams on pilot success metrics, launch readiness, and adoption tracking.
  • Contribute to product narratives, demos, and success stories that enhance client confidence.
  • Ensure ethical data use and responsible AI practices in all product decisions.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, statistics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or equivalent execution-oriented roles (internships or early-career roles welcome).

Must Have:
  • Strong foundation in statistics and data analysis to make data-backed product decisions.
  • Proven ability to execute rapidly from problem discovery to working prototype.
  • Demonstrated ownership in managing product delivery cycles and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating directly with Data Science, Engineering, or GTM teams.
  • Strong ability to structure ambiguity into actionable plans with clear success metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative product environments with tight feedback loops.

Good to Have:
  • Exposure to geospatial, sensor, or multimodal data (imagery, time-series, text).
  • Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, experiment tracking, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Experience in designing or managing data-heavy or analytics-driven products.
  • Familiarity with agile product execution frameworks (Jira, sprint reviews, user story mapping).
  • Prior exposure to data visualization tools or lightweight prototyping environments (e.g., Streamlit, Figma, PowerBI).
  • Academic or research experience in applied statistics, ML experiments, or data science workflows.

Benefits:
  • Opportunity to contribute to building futuristic data products at the intersection of AI and space technology.
  • Flat organizational structure with strong values of empathy, problem-solving, integrity, customer focus, and ownership.
  • Learning and skill development allowances, broadband and remote work support, medical insurance, and more.
  • Medical Health Cover for you and your family, including unlimited online doctor consultations
  • Access to mental health experts for you and your family
  • Comprehensive leave policy with casual leaves, paid leaves, marriage leaves, and bereavement leaves
  • Twice a year appraisal

Interview Process:
